Do you accept insurance as a form of payment?
Not at this time. We are a private pay company, however we can provide a service receipt to our clients for insurance claim reimbursement, if needed.
Do you have ride share service?
We do not provide ride share service for more than one client at a time. Each client is able to bring up to 2 additional passengers on their ride as a care attendant or family support.
Will your service be waiting for me during my entire appointment?
Wait service can be requested for an additional charge. Round trip clients will have the choice of adding wait time to their reservation or they can simply call us within an hour of pick up time if wait service is not needed.
Do you take last minute appointments?
We encourage clients to call and check availability for last minute reservations. To preserve the quality of our business, we operate on a scheduling system. We ask that clients make reservations at least 24 hours prior to pick up to ensure we can be prompt and maintain our daily schedule.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit and credit cards. Invoicing options are available on a contractual basis.
How do I schedule my ride?
Scheduling your ride can be done by phone and online. There is a button on the front page of the website that will direct you to scheduling your ride reservation.
How long will a client have to wait to be picked up?
We do not want to keep you waiting. If a round trip ride has been scheduled, a calling card will be given to the client to call 30-60 minutes in advance of return pick up, to ensure we are timely.
